摘 要:以3个主导品种橡胶树品系热研-873、热研-73397、湛试-93114为研究对象,探讨各品系生胶的性能特征。结果表明:3种品系所得生胶各项质量指标均符合标准橡胶的规格(GB/T 8081-2008),其天然鲜胶乳的化学成分、生胶性能存在差异;热研-73397鲜胶乳的总固体含量和干胶含量最高,热研-873最低;热研-73397灰分含量、氮含量最高,热研-873最低;热研-73397全年平稳,P0最小,热研-73397的PRI全年最优;热研-73397全年平稳,门尼粘度最小;热研-73397的硫化胶所需的正硫化时间最长,湛试-93114最短,VC硫化速度与正硫化时间成反比;湛试-93114生胶的力学性能最好。Taking three main rubber tree strains,Reyan-873,Reyan-73397 and Zhanxi-93114,as research objects,the characteristics of raw rubber of each strain were discussed.The results showed that the quality indexes of raw rubber obtained from the three strains all conformed to the specificaion of standard rubber(GB/T 8081-2008).The chemical composition and raw rubber properties of the natural fresh latex were different;the total solid content and dry rubber content of the fresh laex of Thermal Research-73397 were the highest,while that of Thermal Research-873 was the lowest;the ash content and nitrogen content of Thermal Research-73397 were the highest,and that of Thermal Research-873 was the lowest;Thermal Research-73397 was stable throughout the year,P 0.The PRI of RYP-73397 is the smallest,RYP-73397 is the best,RYP-73397 is stable and Mooney viscosity is the smallest,RYP-73397 has the longest positive vulcanization time,Zhan-93114 has the shortest positive vulcanization time,and the VC vulcanization speed is inversely proportional to the positive vulcanization time;RYP-93114 has the best mechanical properties.
