摘 要:店上煤业井下轨道运输大巷无极绳连续牵引车在使用过程中,钢丝绳与变坡点处枕木、道岔曲轨面经常摩擦产生深痕,从而产生安全隐患。针对存在的问题对托绳轮组进行了优化设计,对优化方案进行了分析。通过分析对比及实践应用效果表明,优化设计后的托绳轮使用效果得到显著提高,保障了钢丝绳的安全运行,为创造高产高效安全开采提供了基础。In the course of use,the steel wire rope and the sleeper at the point of change and the track surface of the turnout are frequently rubbed to generate the deep mark,so as to generate potential safety hazard.In view of the existing problems,the optimization design of the support rope wheel group is carried out,and the optimization scheme is analyzed from the aspects of the stress,the use environment and the structure form of the rope support wheel.Through the analysis of the comparison and practical application results,the effect of the optimized design of the rope sheave is obviously improved,the safe operation of the steel wire rope is guaranteed,and the basis for creating high-yield and high-efficiency safe production is provided.
