摘  要:为了解决传统活性炭厂烘料机自动化水平及烘料效率低等技术难题,降低成品活性炭内部水分,提高活性炭烘干效率及速度,大同煤业金鼎活性炭有限公司通过技术研究,采用了一套红外感应烘料干燥机,通过实际应用,该设备可快速将活性炭水分由80%降低至3%,取得了显著成效。In order to solve the technical problems such as the automation level and low drying efficiency of the traditional activated carbon dryer,reduce the internal moisture of the finished activated carbon and improve the drying efficiency and speed of activated carbon,Datong Coal Jinding activated carbon Co.,Ltd.adopted a set of infrared induction dryer through technical research.Through practical application,the equipment can quickly reduce the moisture of activated carbon from 80%to 3%,and remarkable results have been achieved.
