皮带输送机断带捕捉器改进分析

摘　　要：分析了皮带断裂原因及现有断带捕捉器的主要方式,提出了一种适用于矿井皮带输送机的闸块式捕捉器,并分别对抓捕装置结构、液压系统、控制部分、传感器的选择进行改进分析。分析可知,闸块式断带捕捉器结构简单、制动性能好、损伤皮带的可能性低,能够应用到输送量大、皮带长、大倾角的矿用皮带输送机上。This paper analyzes the causes of belt fracture and the main ways of existing belt breaker,puts forward a gate catcher suitable for mine belt conveyor,and improves the structure of capture device,hydraulic system,control part and selection of sensors respectively.The analysis shows that the brake block belt catcher has the advantages of simple structure,good braking performance and low possibility of damage belt,so it can be applied to mining belt conveyor with large transportation capacity,long belt length and large inclination angle.
