摘 要:介绍了采煤机摇臂的结构与工作原理,并概括了采煤机摇臂的主要故障。针对摇臂故障类型,简要阐述了三种现代故障诊断技术及其在采煤机摇臂故障诊断中的实际应用。说明了现代故障诊断技术在采煤机摇臂的可靠性,特别是在无人化矿井出现的背景下,不仅需要设备的远程操作,更需要故障的远程监测,现代故障诊断技术的应用就更具意义,为煤矿单位变落后的事后维修为预知维修制度提供一定的参考,提高采煤机摇臂的检修效率。The structure and working principle of the rocker arm of the coal mining machine are introduced,and the main faults of the rocker arm of the coal mining machine are summarized.In view of the failure type of the rocker arm,three modern fault diagnosis techniques and its practical application in the rocker arm of the coal mining machine are briefly described.The reliability of the modern fault diagnosis technology in the rocker arm of the coal mining machine is explained,especially in the background of the uninhabited mine,not only the remote operation of the equipment but also the remote monitoring of the fault is required,and the application of the modern fault diagnosis technology is more important.In order to provide some reference for predicting the maintenance system after the backward maintenance of the coal mine unit,the maintenance efficiency of the rocker arm of the coal mining machine is improved.
