摘　　要：中兴选煤厂精煤离心机筛篮在生产过程中存在跑粗现象,极大地影响了产品回收质量,影响整个生产工艺系统。基于此对筛篮结构进行改造,使用筛篮护圈解决了设备跑粗现象,从而稳定了生产工艺系统,减轻了工人的劳动强度,降低了生产成本。The screen basket of clean coal centrifuge in Zhongxing Coal Preparation Plant has the phenomenon of running rough in the production process,which greatly affects the quality of product recovery and the whole production process system.Based on the transformation of the structure of the screen basket,the phenomenon of equipment running rough is solved by using the screen basket protective ring,thus stabilizing the production process system,reducing the labor intensity of the workers and reducing the production cost.
