摘　　要：为减少SGZ800/800型刮板输送机刮板链和牵引链部故障,在介绍刮板输送机结构参数、分析链部故障发生原因的基础上,提出了改进优化措施。应用显示链部优化效果理想,显著降低了刮板链和牵引链部故障发生率,这对矿井连续性生产具有重要的意义。In order to reduce the failure of scraping chain and traction chain of SGZ800/800 scraper conveyor,the structural parameters of scraper conveyor are introduced,the causes of chain fault are analyzed theoretically,and the improvement and optimization measures are put forward.The application shows that the optimization effect of chain is ideal,which significantly reduces the incidence of scraping chain and traction chain fault,which is of great significance to the continuous production of mine.
