摘 要:矿下主井提升机是连接井下与地面的纽带设备,而装载与卸载作为其中两个重要的环节,影响其整体的操作效率。基于此,针对提升机装卸载方式进行优化改进:在装载方式上,采用定量装载形式,大幅降低了撒煤量,减少了损耗,且设备构造简单、容量精准;在卸载方式上,采用扇形阀门进行优化,需要滚轮倾斜角度变化,控制阀门的开闭,无需借用外力驱动,也降低了卸载的冲击力。The hoist of the main shaft in the mine is the link equipment between the underground and the ground,and the loading and unloading are two important links,which affect the overall operation efficiency of the hoist.Based on this,the ways of the hoist loading and unloading are optimized.In the loading mode,the quantitative loading form is adopted,which greatly reduces the amount of coal scattered and reduces the loss,and the equipment structure is simple and the capacity is accurate.In the unloading mode,it is necessary to change the tilt angle of the roller,control the opening and closing of the valve,do not need to borrow the external force to drive,but also reduce the impact force of unloading,and improve the working efficiency of the whole downhole lifting system.
