摘　　要：虎龙沟煤矿巷道开采主要使用EBZ200掘进机,在实践生产过程中发现其装运机构的强度和装运能力都存在一定的问题,因此必须进行优化改进设计。针对装运机构的铲板部和第一运输机存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了有针对性的改进措施。实践应用效果表明优化改进后装运机构的结构更加合理,运输能力得到了提高。The main use of the EBZ200 heading machine in the mining of the tiger longgou coal mine is to find out that the strength and the shipping capacity of the shipping mechanism have a certain problem in the practice production process,so the optimization and improvement design must be carried out.The paper analyzes the problems existing in the blade plate and the first conveyor of the shipping mechanism,and puts forward some measures of improvement.The practical application results show that the structure of the improved shipping mechanism is more reasonable and the transportation capacity is improved.
