摘　　要：以某集团下属某矿井下正在使用中的电机车为例,对其使用过程中经常出现的冷却系统和制动反应滞后性进行分析,并有针对性地提出改进意见。将改进后的优化方案在该矿进行实践应用,结果表明改进方案有效地解决了电机过热和制动不灵等问题,显著提高了某矿的生产效率,为企业带来了一定的经济效益,是一次非常成功的改进。Taking the electric locomotive in use under a mine under a certain group as an example,this paper analyzes the lag of cooling system and braking reaction in the course of its use,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.The improved optimization scheme is applied in a mine.The results show that the improved scheme effectively solves the problems of overheating and braking of the motor,significantly improves the production efficiency of a mine,brings certain economic benefits to the enterprise,and is a successful improvement.
