摘 要:针对变频器控制乳化液泵出现启动浪涌电流、工作设备供液不足等问题,分析了矿用变频器的组成结构、变频器对多台乳化液泵控制电气回路以及异步切换和同步切换控制。异步切换控制采取缩短切换过程可避免浪涌,同步切换控制采用“锁相”功能,保证乳化液泵电机电压变化频率一致,为井下工作面供液需求提供保障,降低乳化液泵故障率,提高工作面设备安全性。In order to solve the problems of starting surge current,fault incidence and insufficient liquid supply of working equipment in emulsion pump controlled by frequency converter,the composition and structure of mine frequency converter,the control of electrical circuit and asynchronous switching and synchronous switching control of multiple emulsion pump by frequency converter are analyzed.The surge can be avoided by shortening the switching process in asynchronous switching control,and the"phase-locked"function is adopted in synchronous switching control to ensure that the voltage change frequency of emulsion pump motor is the same,the demand for liquid supply in underground working face is guaranteed,the failure rate of emulsion pump is reduced,and the safety of working face equipment is improved.
