摘　　要：为了改善马兰矿2305工作面转载机电气参数的监控方式,采用PLC自动化控制方式的转载机监控系统,在软硬件结合下共同实现对SZZ900/315型转载机在线监控。通过工业性实践表明,该自动化监控系统在2305工作面取得了良好的效果,可视化强,故障诊断精准,信息交换效率高,减少了转载机故障维修时间和维护成本,提高了矿井的生产能力。In order to improve the monitoring mode of electrical parameters of transfer machine in 2305 working face of Malan Mine,the monitoring system of transfer machine adopts PLC automatic control mode,and realizes the on-line monitoring of SZZ900/315 transfer machine under the combination of software and hardware.The industrial practice shows that the automatic monitoring has achieved good results in 2305 working face,strong visualization,accurate fault diagnosis,high information exchange efficiency,reduced the fault maintenance time and maintenance cost of the transfer machine,and improved the production capacity of the mine.
