摘  要:为降低矿用变压器日常运行损耗以及提高变压器运行效能,对比分析了三柱式铁心变压器的铁心结构与五柱式铁心变压器的铁心结构,得出三相五柱式铁心变压器更适合矿井使用的结论,分析了三柱式铁心变压器的磁路系统与五柱式铁心变压器的磁路系统,并针对变压器空载损耗,从空载损耗附加系数、变压器铁心总质量、铁心材料等方面提出了一系列促进矿用变压器节能降损的措施。In order to reduce the daily running loss of the mining transformer and to improve the operation efficiency of the transformer,the core structure of the three-column core transformer and the core structure of the five-column core transformer are compared and analyzed,and the three-phase five-column core transformer is more suitable for mine use,The magnetic circuit system of the three-column core transformer and the magnetic circuit system of the five-column core transformer are analyzed,the no-load loss of the transformer is reduced,the additional coefficient of the no-load loss is reduced,the total mass of the transformer core is reduced,A series of measures to promote the energy-saving and loss-reducing of mining transformers are put forward in the selection of high-quality core materials.
