摘  要:作为我国第三产业的重要组成部分,外卖平台在给消费者带来诸多便利的同时,也面临着严峻的挑战。从博弈论视角出发,以竞合理论为基础来研究我国外卖行业的竞合关系。通过Cournot模型和Stackelberg模型对外卖行业两大寡头博弈进行研究,结果表明:美团外卖和饿了么两大外卖平台在竞争基础上进行合作时的收益总是大于两者恶性竞争时的收益;外卖行业新进入者的介入会增加平台之间博弈的复杂性;未来外卖市场寡头之间最理想的博弈方式是既要竞争也要合作的竞合博弈。As an important part of China s tertiary industry,the takeaway industry has brought many difficulties to consumers,but it also faces severe challenges.From the perspective of Game Theory,this paper studies the co-opetition relationship of my foreign takeaway industry based on the theory of co-opetition.Through the Cournot model and the Stackelberg model,the two oligopolistic Games in the takeaway industry are studied.The results show that the benefits of the two groups of Takeaways and Hungry when they cooperate on the basis of competition are always greater than the benefits of the two vicious competitions;the involvement of new entrants outside the takeaway industry will increase the complexity of the Game between platforms;the most ideal Game between the oligarchs in the future takeaway market is a co-opetition Game that requires both competition and cooperation.
