摘　　要：通过分析东营港区现状、规划情况,结合船型分析及运输需求缺口分析,确定东营港建设大型原油码头的规模。Through the analysis of the present situation and the general planning of Dongying port area,and combined with ship type analysis and transport demand gap analysis,the construction scale of large crude oil in Dongying port area is determined.
