基于信息资源目录的一体化共享技术研究

摘　　要：针对政务信息资源数量级大、管理分散、共享困难等问题,该文提出目录统领下的信息资源一体化共享技术,将多源政务信息资源按照统一的标准规范进行分类、分目地梳理整合,形成逻辑上集中、物理上分散的共享体系,实现信息资源的统一管理。结果表明:政务信息资源目录可为使用者提供高效检索、定位信息资源的服务,有助于打破“数据孤岛”,促进信息资源共享,充分发挥信息资源在政务管理、决策服务中的重要作用。In view of the problems of large-scale government information resources,scattered management,and difficult sharing,this paper proposes an information resource integration and sharing technology under the directory guidance,and classifies and separates and integrates multi-source government information resources according to unified standards.Concentrated and physically dispersed sharing systems to achieve unified management of information resources.The results show that the government information resource catalogue can provide users with efficient retrieval and location information resources,help to break the"data island",promote the sharing of information resources,and give full play to the important role of information resources in government management and decision-making services.
