摘  要:燃料乙醇副产物木薯酒糟渣富含粗纤维和蛋白。为研究其沼气化利用的厌氧发酵特性,利用半连续进料全混式厌氧发酵工艺(CSTR),在高温50℃的条件下,进行木薯酒糟渣厌氧发酵产沼气实验,实验过程中逐渐增加体系的进料负荷。实验结果表明,半纤维素平均利用率为76.57%,纤维素利用率为63.07%,木质素利用率为42.00%,VS转化率63.42%。在进料负荷为1.88gVS/(L·d)时,TS日产气率最高达0.46L/(gTS·d),但继续增加进料负荷,TS日产气率逐渐降低;容积产气率最高为1.167m^3(/m^3·d),甲烷浓度高达58.9%,挥发性脂肪酸位于1 250mg/L左右,氨氮基本维持在2 300~2 500mg/L。实验结果可为沼气生产开辟新的物料,并实现其资源化和能源化利用。Fuel ethanol byproduct cassava residues are rich in crude fiber and protein.The cassava residues anaerobic fermentation biogas production experiments were studied by using semi-continuous loading in continuous stirred tank reactor(CSTR)at high temperature of 50℃.The purpose of this experiment was to study the anaerobic fermentation characteristic of cassava residues.The feeding load of the system was gradually increased during the experiment.The results showed that the average utilization rate of hemicellulose was 76.57%,cellulose utilization rate was 63.07%,lignin utilization rate was 42.00%,VS conversion rate was 63.42%.When the feed load was 1.88gVS/(L·d),the daily gas production rate of TS reached 0.46L/(gTS·d),but the daily gas production rate of TS decreased gradually with the increase of feed load.The volume gas production rate was 1.167m^3/(m^3·d),the methane concentration was 58.9%,the volatile fatty acid was about 1 250mg/L,and the ammonia nitrogen was basically maintained at 2 300-2 500mg/L.The experimental results can open up new materials for biogas production and realize its resource and energy utilization.
