摘　　要：通过研究国内已发布实施的水环境及畜禽养殖相关标准,本文从规模化畜禽养殖业污染物产生及迁移途径着手,研究规模化畜禽养殖业污染物排放清单,为建立规模化畜禽养殖业排污许可管理制度提供建议。By studying the water environment and livestock and poultry breeding standards that had been implemented in China,this paper started from the large-scale production and migration of pollutants in livestock and poultry breeding industry,and studied the pollutant discharge list of large-scale livestock and poultry breeding industry,in order to provide suggestions for the establishment of large-scale livestock and poultry farming sewage permit management system.
