摘  要:从货运节点转运延误风险的视角研究了多方式协同货运运力资源分配协调优化问题。在综合分析转运风险因素的基础上,运用熵权法对多方式协同货运节点转运延误风险程度进行了评价,并构建了考虑转运延误风险的分区段多方式协同货运运力资源配置优化模型,提出NSGA-II算法思路对模型进行求解。最后,通过算例验证分析了基于转运延误风险的多方式协同货运载运工具配置优化效果。From the perspective of the transshipment delay risks of multimodal coordinated freight transport in nodes,this paper analyzes the coordination and optimization of multimodal coordinated freight vehicle allocation from the perspective of transshipment delay risks in transport node. With the comprehensive analysis of the risk factors of transshipment in multimodal coordinated freight transport node,the entropy weight method is used to evaluate the transshipment delay risks. The optimization model of multimodal coordinated freight transport vehicle allocation is built on the basis of considering the transshipment delay risks,and the NSGA-II algorithm is proposed to solve the optimization model. Finally,a computation example is given to analyze the effect of the allocation optimization of multimodal coordinated freight transport based on the transshipment delay risks.
