儿童保健干预对婴幼儿早期生长、智力及运动发育的影响

摘　　要：为探究儿童保健干预对婴幼儿早期生长、智力和运动发育的影响,改善婴幼儿身心健康,本研究将收治出生的100例婴幼儿,随机平分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规儿童保健,观察组进行正规儿童保健干预形式,并对两组婴幼儿的生长、智力和运动发育情况进行比较统计分析。相对于对照组,儿童保健干预可明显增加婴幼儿的身高、体重、智力发育指数(intelligence development index, MDI)和心理运动发育指数(psychomotor development index, PDI)、大动作和精细动作能力,且儿童保健能明显降低婴幼儿的疾病患病率。本研究结果说明正确的保健干预可促进婴幼儿的早期生长、智力和运动发育,值得儿童临床推广和运用。To explore the effect of child health intervention on infants'early growth,intelligence and motor development,and to improve infants'physical and mental health,100 infants were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given routine child health care,while the observation group was given regular child health care intervention.The growth,intelligence and motor development of infants in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Compared with the control group,child health care intervention can significantly increase the infants height,weight,Intelligence development index(M D I),Psychomotor development index(PDI),big and fine motor ability,and child health care can significantly reduce the morbidity of infant diseases.Correct health care intervention can promote the early growth,intelligence and motor development of infants and young children,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
