摘 要:提出了采用二次胀形的办法解决焊接后屏蔽套上存在环缺陷这一问题。采用有限元软件MSC.Marc建立了核主泵转子屏蔽套二次胀形过程的二维轴对称有限元模型,利用上述模型模拟了带有环状鼓包的转子屏蔽套二次胀形过程,计算了带有环状鼓包的转子屏蔽套在第1次胀形和第2次胀形后的位移场和应力场分布,预测了第1次胀形及第2次胀形后带有鼓包的屏蔽套的半径分布,并与单次胀形工艺对相同屏蔽套的治理结果进行了对比,结果表明二次胀形工艺可以有效治理屏蔽套上的环状鼓包,且二次胀形对环状鼓包的治理能力优于单次胀形工艺。The method of double pass bulge forming was put forward to deal with the problem of ring-shaped defect on the rotor-can after welding.A two-dimensional axisymmetric finite element model for the double pass bulge forming of nuclear reactor coolant pump rotor-can was established by using the finite element software MSC.Marc,the double pass bulge forming of rotor-can with ring-shaped outward de-fects was simulated.The displacement field and stress field distribution of the rotor-can with ring-shaped outward defects after the first and second bulging were calculated,and the radius distribution with outward defects of rotor-can was predicted.The radius distribution of double pass bulge forming process for the same rotor-can was compared with that of single pass bulge forming process.The results show that the double pass bulge forming process can effectively deal with the ring-shaped outward defects on rotor-can,and the shape-righting capacity of the double-pass bulge forming process to deal with ring-shaped outward defects is better than that of the single pass bulge forming process.
