摘 要:采用数值模拟与试验研究相结合的方法,研究了在铝/钢异种金属板自冲铆接中不同的板料组合方式下材料受力及变形情况,并通过拉伸-剪切试验测试了铆接接头性能。研究结果表明:数值模拟中铆钉腿尾部及与之相接触的下板区域应力应变较大,更容易发生失效;在板料放置顺序上,厚板应作为下连接板以获得较佳的结构特征参数,数值模拟与工艺试验的成形接头结构特征参数基本一致;采用接头特征参数评价自冲铆接性能是可行的,接头自锁强度与自锁量和底部剩余厚度成正相关,接头自锁量和底部剩余厚度越大,其自锁强度越高;在足够高的自锁强度下,适当增大板料厚度可提升成形接头的拉剪性能。The effect of sheet combination modes on the stress and deformation of aluminum/steel dissimilar metal sheets in self-piercing riveting(SPR)was investigated with the numerical simulation and experiment.The properties of the riveting joints were evaluated by ten-sile-shear tests.The results show that failure tends to occur in the position of the rivet tail and the area contacting to rivet tail in the lower sheet,where the stress and strain are relatively large.In the order of sheet placement,the thicker sheet should be used as the lower sheet to achieve better geometric characteristic parameters,the geometric characteristic parameters of the joints formed by the numerical simula-tion and experiment are almolst the same.It is feasible for the geometric characteristic parameters to be used to evaluate the performance of the self-piercing riveting joint.The self-locking strength of joints has positive correlation with the undercut width and remaining thick-ness of bottom.The larger the undercut width and remaining thickness of bottom of joints are,the higher the self-locking strength is.The ten-sile-shear properties of joints can be improved by increasing the thickness of sheet metal properly under the a high enough self-locking strength.
