摘 要:利用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机对核电主管道锻造专用钢316LN钢进行等温热压缩实验,研究了应变速率为0.001、0.01、0.1和1 s-1,变形温度为900、1000、1100、1200和1240℃,压缩变形量为60%条件下的316LN钢的高温流变行为。实验结果表明,高温流变应力在一定变形条件下,呈现出典型的单峰型动态再结晶的应力-应变曲线特征,随着变形温度的升高和应变速率的降低而降低。采用Arrhenius双曲正弦关系描述316LN钢的高温流变行为,确定其热变形激活能Q=411.46 kJ·mol-1,建立316LN钢的流变应力本构方程,其结果可为核电主管道锻造工艺的数值模拟和工艺参数的确定提供参考。A set of iso-thermal compression experiments of 316LN steel used for forging nuclear power main pipeline was carried out on Gleeble-3800 thermal-mechanical simulator.The high temperature rheological behavior of 316LN steel was studied under the condition of strain rate of 0.001,0.01,0.1 and 1 s-1,deformation temperature of 900,1000,1100,1200 and 1240℃,and compressive deforma-tion of 60%.The experimental results show that the high temperature rheological stress presents the typical characteristics of single peak dynamic recrystallization stress-strain curves under certain deformation condition.The flow stress decreases with the decrease of strain rate and the increase of deformation temperature.The high temperature rheological behavior of 316LN steel was characterized by the Arrhenius hyperbolic sine relationship and the activation energy Q=411.46 kJ·mol-1 was obtained.Constitutive equation of flow stress of 316LN steel was established.The results can provide reference for numerical simulation and process parameters determination of nuclear power main pipeline forging.
