摘  要:针对高速冲裁过程中材料的应变硬化、应变速率强化、热软化效应数据难以获取,无法建立物理仿真动态模型的问题,利用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机和分离式Hopkinson拉杆装置对C5191-H磷青铜分别进行应变速率为1、500、1000和1500 s-1、温度为20~400℃的拉伸试验,利用试验数据拟合并修正了经典的Johnson-Cook动态方程,并在高速冲裁数值模拟中验证了修正后的本构方程的有效性。结果表明:C5191-H磷青铜拉伸变形时呈现出明显的应变硬化和应变速率敏感性;利用试验数据拟合并修正应变强化项的Johnson-Cook动态本构模型,此模型具有较高的大应变、高速率、热效应本构关系描述精度,并能较好地描述该材料的高速冲裁物理仿真过程。In view of that the strain hardening,strain rate strengthening and thermal softening data of C5191-H phosphor bronze sheet in high-speed blanking were not easy to be obtained,which made it quite difficult to establish the dynamic constitutive model,the tensile tests of C5191-H phospher bronze at strain rate of 1,500,1000 and 1500 s-1 and temperature of 20-400℃were carried out by Gleeble-3500 thermal simulated test machine and split Hopkinson tensile bar(SHTB)apparatus.The classic Johnson-Cook dynamic constitutive model was fitted and modified by fitting the experimental data.Furthermore,the validity of the modified Johnson-Cook equation was veri-fied in the high-speed blanking physical simulation.The results indicate that the strength of C5191-H phosphor bronze shows obvious strain hardening and strain rate sensitivity in tensile test.The modified Johnson-Cook dynamic constitutive model fitted with test data has a high accuracy in describing constitutive relation under large strain,high strain rate and thermal effect,and can describe the physical simulation process of high-speed blanking more accurately.
