摘 要:基于DEFORM-3D软件建立三维全热力耦合有限元模型,对轨道车辆中典型的型材结构搅拌摩擦焊接过程进行仿真研究。分析了型材搅拌摩擦焊接过程中型材的温度场分布和材料变形情况,同时采用点追踪的方法研究前进侧和返回侧相应位置材料的流动特征,进一步讨论了搅拌头转速、焊速以及下压量变化对焊接温度和等效应变的影响。研究结果表明:温度场分布和等效应变分布与型材接头的结构特征相关;前进侧和返回侧材料变形和流动差异显著;焊接温度和等效应变随转速升高而升高,随焊速升高而降低;焊接温度随下压量增大而升高,等效应变对下压量变化不敏感。Based on DEFORM-3D software,a three-dimensional fully coupled thermo-mechanical finite element model was established,and the friction stir welding process of typical profile structures in rail vehicles was simulated.The temperature field distribution and mate-rial deformation of the profile structure during the friction stir welding process were analyzed.At the same time,the material flow charac-teristics on the advancing side and the retreating side were studied by using the point tracking method.Then,the effects of the rotation speed,advancing speed and tool plunge depth on the welding temperature and effective strain were further discussed.The results show that temperature field distribution and effective strain distribution are related to the structural characteristics of the profile joint.The differ-ences in material deformation and flow between advancing side and retreating side are significant.The welding temperature and effective strain increase with the increase of the rotation speed,and decrease with the increase of the advancing speed.The welding temperature in-creases with the increase of the tool plunge depth,and the effective strain is insensitive to the change of the tool plunge depth.
