摘　　要：针对大型工业物流建筑建造过程中对工期、成本的控制要求,分析了预应力施工方法在该细分领域的契合度,并从成本、工期方面对比了现浇结构与预应力结构的差异,继而对先张法、后张法2种最具代表性的预应力施工方法进行小结,并提出了相应的建议,以为后续工程开路,亦为类似工程提供参考。In view of the control requirements of construction period and cost in the construction process of large industrial logistics buildings,the fit of prestressed construction methods in this subdivided field is analyzed,and the differences between cast-in-place structure and prestressed structure are compared from the aspects of cost and construction period.Then,the two most representative prestressed construction methods,the pre-tensioning method and the post-tensioning method,are summarized,and corresponding suggestions are put forward to open the way and provide reference for similar projects.
