摘　　要：钢烟道作为一种烟气输送管道,是电厂、钢厂、化工厂等生产企业作为烟气处理后输送到烟囱再往空中排放而选择的设备。在高大垂直钢烟道的安装过程中,烟道高空组对、焊接等工序均需要在安全可靠的内操作平台上才能完成作业。为此,介绍一种在烟道中搭设的内作业平台及其安装技术。区别于传统由地面向上搭设的方式,操作平台利用烟道构件本身的强度与刚度,在保证施工平台强度和稳定性的同时提高了整体的工作效率,还降低了工程成本。As a type of flue gas pipeline,the steel flue is selected by power plants,steel mills,chemical plants and other production enterprises as the chosen equipment for conveying the flue gas to the chimney after treatment and then discharging it into the air.During the installation of tall vertical steel flue,the working procedures of pairing and welding of flue in high altitude need to be completed on a safe and reliable internal operation platform.To this end,this paper introduces an internal construction platform set up in the flue and its installation technology.Different from the traditional way of erecting from the ground,the operation platform is to use the strength and stiffness of the designed components themselves for ensuring the strength and stability of the construction platform,improving the overall work efficiency and reducing the engineering cost.
