摘　　要：根据上海金桥啦啦宝都工程项目结构复杂、外形多变的特殊情况,通过合理分区、分段作业,并利用悬挑、落地盘扣式外脚手架的有效结合,安全、快速地完成了大型复杂商办楼的结构施工,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益,可为盘扣式脚手架的推广应用提供参考。According to the special situations of complex structure and variable shape of Shanghai Jinqiao Lalabaodu Project,through reasonable partition and phased operation,and effective combination of the cantilever-type,floor stand type and disk-buckled type external scaffoldings,the structure construction of large-scale complex commercial office building was completed safely and quickly,and good social and economic benefits were achieved,which can provide reference for the promotion and application of the disk-buckled type scaffolding.
