室内机电和消防管道安装吊运机的研制与应用

摘　　要：根据桂林经济技术开发区山水科技双创园(一期)工程项目的室内机电和消防管道安装需要,研制了一种适用于建筑管道安装及小型构件、材料起吊的简易吊运机,并对其加工、组装与施工技术开展研究,明确了质量控制要点。工程应用表明,该简易吊运机加工方便、使用灵活,能够保证管道安装与操作人员安全,对建筑管道安装的标准化、机械化具有实际意义。According to the installation requirements of indoor electromechanical and fire-fighting pipelines of Shanshui Science and Technology Innovation Park(Phase I)engineering project in Guilin Economic and Technological Development Zone,a simple lifting machine suitable for building pipeline installation and lifting of small components and materials was developed.Research on processing,assembly and construction techniques was conducted and the main points of quality control were clarified.The engineering application showed that the simple lifting machine was easy to process and flexible to use,and could ensure the safety of pipeline installation and operation personnel,and had practical significance for the standardization and mechanization of building pipeline installation.
