摘 要:以增强相MoSi2复合材料和MoSi2复合涂层为对象,讨论并归纳了各种MoSi2复合材料体系的制备工艺、物相成分、组织形貌、增韧补强机制、力学与抗氧化性能等关键问题,指出将SiC,Al2O3,Mo5Si3等作为增强相引入MoSi2基体中,基于裂纹偏转和纤维拔出等机理,可以提高材料的硬度、抗弯强度、断裂韧性。其原因在于MoSi2复合涂层在高温时生成玻璃相SiO2,填补了涂层内部孔隙,可有效阻挡氧气进入涂层内部,在材料的高温抗氧化过程中起至关重要的作用。The reinforced MoSi2 composite and MoSi2 composite coating were taken as the research object in this paper, and the key problems, such as preparation process, phase composition, microstructure, toughening and strengthening mechanism, mechanical and antioxidation properties, were summarized and discussed.It pointed out that due to the mechanism of crack deflection and fiber extraction, the hardness, bending strength and fracture toughness of the material were greatly improved, while the SiC,Al2O3, Mo5Si3,etc. were added into the MoSi2 matrix as reinforcement phase.The glass phase SiO2 was produced in the MoSi2 composite coating at high temperature and filled the internal pores of the coating and effectively blocked the oxygen from entering the coating interior, which played a crucial role in the high temperature antioxidation process of the material.
