摘　　要：目的探讨后部眼球筋膜下注射曲安奈德联合激光光凝治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞(CRVO)所致黄斑水肿的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2016年6月至2018年5月收治CRVO 60例(60眼)的临床资料。所有患者于后部眼球筋膜下注射曲安奈德后1周,行视网膜激光光凝。结果治疗后6个月,57例(95.00%)视力提高,45例(75.00%)黄斑水肿明显减轻,无1例发生增生性玻璃体视网膜病变或新生血管性青光眼。结论后部眼球筋膜下注射曲安奈德联合激光治疗CRVO所致黄斑水肿可有效提高视力,促进视网膜出血、渗出及水肿吸收。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of posterior sub-tenon’s injection of triamcinolone acetonide combined with laser photocoagulation for the treatment of macular edema caused by central retinal vein occlusion(CRVO).Methods Sixty eyes of 60 cases with macular edema caused by CRVO from Jun.2016 to May 2018 received retinal laser photocoagulation 1 week after sub-tenon’s injection of triamcinolone acetonide.The followed-up time was 6 months.Results At 6 months after treatment,the visual acuity improved in 57 cases(95.00%),the macular edema was reduced significantly in 45 cases(75.00%),and no proliferative vitreoretinopathy or neovascular glaucoma occurred.Conclusion Injection of triamcinolone acetonide in posterior sub-tenon’s combined with laser photocoagulation for the treatment of macular edema caused by CRVO can improve the visual acutiy effectively and promote retinal edema absorption.
