摘 要:以壳聚糖为单体,介孔SiO2纳米球为载体,3-缩水甘油基氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(GPTMS)为交联剂制得Pb(Ⅱ)印迹聚合物,用红外光谱、X射线衍射和扫描电镜对其形态进行表征,用原子吸收分光光度计研究其吸附和洗脱等条件对聚合物吸附性能的影响。结果表明:最佳吸附酸度为pH=5~6;最佳静置吸附时间为4~6h,最佳Pb2+初始浓度为160~240mg/L;吸附动力学结论表明吸附速率符合准二级动力学方程。吸附等温线符合Langmuir吸附模型;用2.0mol/L硝酸溶液进行洗脱,洗脱率达到99.60%;常见干扰离子基本不干扰吸附富集测定。Pb2+-imprinted polymer was reported with the chitosan as the monomer,the mesoporous silica nanospheres as carrier and GPTMS as crosslinker.The Pb2+-imprinted polymers were characterized by XRD and SEM for morphology,And atomic absorption spectrophotometer was used to study the conditions of absorption and desorption.The results suggested that the optimal adsorptive acidity was pH=5~6,the optimal adsorption time was 4~6h,the optimal initial concentration of Pb2+was160~240mg/L.The adsorption kinetics results showed that the adsorption rate was in accordance with the quasi-second order kinetic equation.The adsorption isotherms was conform to the Langmuir adsorption model.The elution efficiency was 99.60%,when it used 2.0mol/L nitric acid solution for elution,the usual interfering ions don't disturb enrichment measurement.
