摘  要:介绍应用挤压丝锥加工Q295结构钢带有沉孔的盲孔M30X3.5-6H内螺纹的背景和过程,经试验得出加工该盲孔需预钻底孔直径为Φ28.35 mm±0.1 mm。对应用挤压丝锥的效果进行了验证,验证结果表明,挤压螺纹抗拉强度优于切削螺纹,挤压螺纹结合长度45 mm的抗拉强度为1 344 kN,与其配套使用的MJ30X3.5螺栓屈服强度仅为656 kN,挤压螺纹不会先于螺栓失效;挤压螺纹夹紧力在411~528 kN范围内,符合设计提出的螺栓夹紧力要求;螺纹孔与工件侧壁壁厚5 mm条件下,加工螺纹挤压对工件母材孔壁产生变形量不大于0.02 mm,满足工件的使用及产品质量要求。应用挤压丝锥相比切削丝锥加工内螺纹,具有无切屑,丝锥寿命长,成形螺纹强度高的优势。In view of M30×3.5-6 H internal thread blind holes in counter sunk that it has to be described with extrusion taps and process for the background that through tests there is Φ28.35 mm±0.1 mm obtained,and has been proved win response with the tabbing results,which has shown that the extrusion thread is better than the cut thread,and that tensile strength for 45 mm length of extrusion thread is 1 344 kN as for comparison,a mating bolt MJ30×3.5 therewith is only656 kN of yield strength.In a word,the extrusion thread would not fail before that of tapping thread.And that within 411~528 kN holding strength for the extrusion thread would meet design requirements for bolts holding strength.
