摘  要:针对汽轮机低压旁路系统存在泄漏的情况,利用超声波流量计测量的减温水流量计算再热蒸汽泄漏量,并根据等效焓降法推导了低压旁路泄漏时对机组热经济性影响的计算公式。以600 MW机组为例,分别计算低压旁路系统泄漏和不泄漏这2种情况下的机组热耗率,结果表明:本方法能准确计算低压旁路系统泄漏对机组热经济性的影响量,对定量分析低压旁路系统泄漏对机组经济性影响具有一定的借鉴意义。To the internal leakage in the low-pressure bypass to the steam turbine,the leakage of reheat steam is calculated by the cooling water flow rate through ultrasonic flowmeter.Based on the equivalent heat drop method,the formula for calculating the efficiency variation of the unit was derived during the internal leakage in the low-pressure bypass,with a 600 MW unit serving as an example,the heat loss of the unit is calculated under leakage and non-leakage in the lowpressure bypass.The result shows that,the calculation of efficiency variation is accurate with the internal leakage in the low-pressure bypass,and it has something referential value for analyzing the efficiency variation of the unit with the internal leakage in the low-pressure bypass.
