摘 要:目的建立佛手化瘀胶囊的显微和薄层鉴别方法。方法采用显微鉴别法对佛手化瘀胶囊中川芎、大黄、甘草、丹参的主要显微特征进行鉴别,采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对佛手化瘀胶囊中的主要药材当归、川芎、大黄、黄柏进行定性鉴别。结果显微鉴别法可明显观察到淀粉粒(川芎)、草酸钙簇晶(大黄)、木栓细胞(甘草)及导管(丹参)等主要显微特征;TLC法斑点清晰,专属性强,且Rf值适中,阴性无干扰。结论所建立的显微及薄层鉴别方法简便可靠、专属性强、重现性好,可用于佛手化瘀胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish the identification method by microscopy and thin-layer chromatography(TLC)of Foshou Huayu Jiaonang(佛手化瘀胶囊).Methods The main microscopic characteristics of Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Rhei radix et Rhizoma,Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.in Foshou Huayu Jiaonang were identified by microscopic identification method,and the main medicinal materials including Angelica,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Rhei radix et Rhizoma and Phellodendri chinensis cortex were qualitatively identified by TLC.Results The main microscopic characteristics of starch granules(Chuanxiong Rhizoma),calcium oxalate crystal ( Rhei radix et Rhizoma) ,cork cells( Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.) and catheters( Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.) were observedby microscopial identification.TLC method had clear spots,strong specificity,moderate Rf value and no negativeinterference. Conclusion The methods of microscopic and TLC are simple,reliable,specific and reproducible,and can be used for quality control of Foshou Huayu Jiaonang.
