救脑汤联合常规西药治疗血瘀型偏头痛53例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察救脑汤联合常规西药治疗血瘀型偏头痛的临床疗效。方法将106例血瘀型偏头痛患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各53例。对照组予布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上联合救脑汤口服。2组均以4周为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后比较2组的临床疗效,治疗前后的头痛症状积分、中医证候积分,以及不良反应发生情况。结果对照组总有效率为84.91%,治疗组为96.23%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与同组治疗前比较,2组治疗后头痛症状积分、中医证候积分均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗组降低程度更明显,与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组不良反应发生率分别为1.89%,5.66%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论救脑汤联合常规西药治疗血瘀型偏头痛可明显缓解患者头痛症状,提高患者生存质量,临床疗效确切,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiunao Tang(救脑汤)combined with routine Western medicine in the treatment of migraine with blood stasis type.Methods Totally 106 cases of migraine with blood stasis type were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 53 cases in each.The control group was given ibuprofen sustained-release capsules,on this basis,the treatment group was given Jiunao Tang orally.Four weeks constituted a course of treatment for the 2 groups.After 3 courses of treatment,the clinical efficacy,headache symptom scores,TCM symptom scores before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions of the 2 groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 84.91%,that of the treatment group was 96.23%,and the difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups(P<0.05).Compared with the same group before treatment,the headache symptom scores and TCM symptom scores of the 2 groups after treatment all significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),moreover,the treatment group decreased more significantly,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group after treatment(P<0.01).The adverse reactions rate of the 2 group was 1.89%and 5.66%,respectively,and the difference wasn't statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion It can markedly alleviate the headache symptoms to use Jiunao Tang combined with routine Western medicine in the treatment of migraine with blood stasis type,improve the life quality of patients with definite clinical efficacy and no marked adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
