中药喷雾配合红光照射辅助治疗带状疱疹42例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药喷雾配合红光照射辅助治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将84例带状疱疹患者采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各42例。2组均给予常规治疗(包括对创面进行清洁、消毒处理等,并配合常规西药治疗);对照组在常规治疗的基础上采用EH-SA97离子蒸汽美容器(松下)对局部创面热喷蒸馏水喷雾,同时配合紫外线照射治疗;治疗组在常规治疗的基础上采用离子蒸汽美容器对局部创面热喷中药喷雾,同时配合红光照射治疗。2组均连续治疗1周后比较2组的临床疗效及治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,随访3个月后比较2组的带状疱疹后遗神经痛及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率为95.24%,对照组为85.71%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后2组VAS评分均明显降低,与同组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗组降低更明显,与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组带状疱疹后遗神经痛发生率为11.90%,对照组为23.81%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中药喷雾配合红光照射辅助治疗带状疱疹临床疗效显著,能够快速减轻患者的疼痛,且无不良反应发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicinal spray coordinated with red light irradiation in adjunctive treatment of herpes zoster.Methods Eighty-four cases of herpes zoster were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each.The 2 groups were both given routine treatment(including cleaning and disinfection of the surface of wounds,and combined with routine Western medicine treatment),and the control group was given hot spray distilled water on local wound surface using Panasonic EH-SA97 Nano Care Facial Steamer Hot coordinated with ultraviolet irradiation;while the treatment group was given hot spray of Chinese medicinal spray on local wound surface using Facial Steamer Hot coordinated with red light irradiation.After the 2 groups were both given consecutive treatment for 1 week,the clinical efficacy,and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the 2 groups before and after treatment were compared.After follow-up for 3 months,the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia and adverse reactions of the 2 groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.24%,that of the control group was 85.71%,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.01).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups all significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the same group before treatment(P<0.01),moreover,the treatment group decreased more significantly,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of postherpetic neuralgia in the treatment group was 11.90%,that in the control group was 23.81%,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion It has marked clinical efficacy to use Chinese medicinal spray coordinated with red light irradiation in adjunctive treatment of herpes zoster,and it quickly alleviates the pain of the patients with n
