功能训练联合中西医综合护理干预对痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿运动功能及智能发育的影响

摘　　要：目的观察功能训练联合中西医综合护理干预对痉挛型脑性瘫痪(简称“脑瘫”)患儿运动功能及智能发育的影响。方法选取东莞市妇幼保健院康复科2015年3月至2018年1月收治的60例痉挛型脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组予功能训练及西医常规护理,观察组在对照组干预方法的基础上联合中医综合护理干预,2组均以3周为1个疗程,干预3个疗程后比较2组的粗大运动功能测试量表88项(GMFM88)评分及格赛尔发展量表(Gesell)各项评分。结果与同组干预前比较,2组干预后GMFM88评分及Gesell各项评分均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组升高更为明显,与对照组干预后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论功能训练联合中西医综合护理干预能明显改善痉挛型脑瘫患儿的运动功能及智能发育,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effects of functional training combined with comprehensive nursing intervention of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on motor function and intelligence development of children with spastic cerebral palsy(“CP”for short).Methods Sixty cases of CP admitted into rehabilitation department of Dongguan municipal maternal and child health hospital from March 2015 to January 2018 were chosen as the object of study,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each.The control group was given functional training and routine nursing of Western medicine,while the observation group was given combined comprehensive nursing intervention of TCM based on the intervention method of the control group.Three weeks constituted 1 course of treatment for the 2 groups,and after intervention for 3 courses,the scores of 88 items version of gross motor function measure(GMFM88)and all items of gesell development schedules(Gesell)of the 2 groups were compared.Results Compared with the same group before intervention,the scores of GMFM88 and all items of Gesell after intervention of the 2 groups all significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01),moreover,the increase extent of the observation group was more significant,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group after intervention(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Functional training combined with comprehensive nursing intervention of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can significantly improve the motor function and intelligence development of children with CP,and it deserves clinical promotion and application.
