机关电子档案元数据体系构建及元数据库建设研究

摘　　要：通过对数字档案室建设过程中实践经验进行总结,对机关电子档案管理过程中元数据的分类、元数据体系构建方面进行分析 梳理并为机关元数据库建设提供经验借鉴。以自然资源部数字档案室建设为例从形成阶段、捕获方式、实体类型、通用及专用属性、 聚合层次等方面分析元数据体系的组成部分,研究机关电子文件收集与电子档案管理过程中元数据体系构建及元数据库建设的关键环 节并分析元数据在数字档案管理过程中的重要作用。Aims to summarize the practical experience of metadata classification,metadata system and metadata database in the electronic archives management information system.The Digital Archives Office of the Ministry of Natural Resources of China was approved by the National Archives Administration of China as the National Demonstration Digital Archives Office in 2018.Take the Digital Archives Office of the Ministry of Natural Resources of China as an example to analyze the components of the metadata system in terms of forming stage,capture mode,entity type,general and special attributes,aggregation level,etc..,Study the key link of metadata system construction and metadata database construction in the process of electronic file collection and electronic archives management,and analyze the important role of metadata in the process of electronic archives management.
