减灾文化视域下的社区综合减灾档案建档研究

摘　　要：社区综合减灾档案是我国档案工作在新形势下出现的专门档案,是反映社区综合减灾能力建设的历史记录,是积累防灾减灾经验的主要依据,是形成全社会减灾文化的重要来源,是创建“全国综合减灾示范社区”必备评选指标之一。作为一个新的细分领域,社区综合减灾档案目前还没有得到档案界同仁的重视。通过对社区综合减灾档案建档工作的深入探讨,为我国城乡社区在加强综合减灾和创建全国综合减灾示范社区方面提供理论与实践建设的有益借鉴。The comprehensive disaster reduction archives of the community is a special archive that appears in the new situation of China's archives work.It is a historical record reflecting the capacity building of comprehensive disaster reduction in the community.It is the main basis for accumulating experience in disaster prevention and mitigation.It is an important source for the formation of a disaster-reduction culture in the whole society and is one of the necessary selection criteria for the“National Comprehensive Disaster Reduction Demonstration Community”.As a new segment,the community's comprehensive disaster reduction archives have not yet received the attention of colleagues in the archives community.Through in-depth discussion on the archiving work of community comprehensive disaster reduction archives,it provides a useful reference for the theoretical and practical construction of urban and rural communities in China to strengthen comprehensive disaster reduction and create a national comprehensive disaster reduction demonstration community.
