可靠性、可用性、可维修性和安全性(RAMS)指标管理在上海轨道交通车辆维护保障中的应用

摘　　要：上海地铁维护保障有限公司车辆专业从2002年开始构建RAMS(可靠性、可用性、可维修性和安全性)指标体系,建立统一的数据采集、分析平台。基于对连续采集的RAMS数据的分析,进行现场车辆维护的辅助决策,明确中期维护工作的重点,全面提高车辆维护维修的质量。目前,RAMS方法已经全面应用于上海轨道交通车辆维保工作,取得了一定成效,形成了车辆日常检修和架(大)修管理应用案例。Shanghai vehicle specialty for metro maintenance and support began to build the RAMS(reliability,availability,maintainability and safety)index system from 2002,aiming to establish a unified data collection and processing platform.Based on the analysis of continuously collected RAMS data,it is possible to make auxiliary decision for field vehicle maintenance,clarify the focus of maintenance in the medium term and improve the quality of vehicle maintenance.At present,the RAMS method is fully applied in Shanghai rail transit vehicle maintenance and some results have achieved a certain degree of success.The application cases of vehicle daily maintenance and overhaul management are thus formed.
