摘 要:为了系统研究升温制度、降温制度、烧结温度和烧结时间对Na2SO4掺杂含MgO铝酸钙熟料的物相转变及化学稳定性能的影响规律,以MgO、CaCO3、SiO2、Al2O3和Na2SO4为原料,采用高温烧结和Na2CO3溶液标准溶出方法进行相关研究.结果表明,快速升温能抑制硫元素的挥发,促进11CaO·7Al2O3·CaS的生成.快速降温有利于11CaO·7Al2O3·CaS的稳定存在,从而强化熟料中氧化铝的浸出性能.在最佳烧结条件下烧结温度为1 350℃,烧结时间为30 min,升温速度和降温速度均为15℃·min-1,此时熟料的物相为11CaO·7Al2O3·CaS和2CaO·SiO2.In order to systematically study the effect of heating principle,cooling principle,sintering temperature and sintering time on the phase transition and chemical stability of MgO-containing calcium aluminate clinker with Na2SO4 doping,MgO,CaCO3,SiO2,Al2O3 and Na2SO4 were taken as the rawmaterials,and high-temperature sintering and Na2CO3 solution standard leaching method were employed for the correlational study. The results showthat rapid heating can restrain the volatilization of sulfur element and promote the formation of 11 CaO·7 Al O3·CaS phase. In addition,rapid cooling is beneficial to the stable existence of11 CaO·7 Al2O3·CaS phase and can enhance the leaching properties of alumina in the clinker. Under the optimal sintering condition,i. e. the sintering temperature is 1 350 ℃,the sintering time is 30 min and both heating and cooling rates are 15 ℃·min-1,the phases of clinker are mainly 11 CaO·7 Al2O3·CaS and 2 CaO·SiO2.
