摘 要:为贯彻落实国务院办公厅2015年发布的《推进城市地下综合管廊建设的指导意见》提出的在 综合管廊中使用高强钢筋的要求,将600 MPa级高强钢筋与目前常用的HRB400钢筋分别应用于地下 综合管廊中,利用广联达算量软件计算统计两种钢筋的用量,套用目前市场两种钢筋的价格,并且考 虑施工因素,最终对比两种钢筋分别应用于地下综合管廊中的工程综合成本。结果表明:600 MPa级 高强钢筋相较于HRB400钢筋,可以大大减少钢筋用量,降低水、铁矿石等资源的消耗,以及标准煤 能源的利用,减少二氧化碳、污水及粉尘等污染物的排放,降低地下综合管廊的工程综合成本约 17.66%。利用600 MPa级高强钢筋建设地下综合管廊,具有节约钢筋用量、降低工程造价、降低资 源和能源的消耗,以及减少污染物排放等优点。In order to meet the requirement of the application of high strength reinforcing bar in comprehensive pipeline gallery,both the 600MPa high strength reinforcing bar and the HRB400 reinforcing bar normally used at present are respectively applied to the construction of the comprehensive underground pipeline gallery,while the using amounts of both of them are calculated with Grandsoft software,and then the comprehensive construction costs of both the reinforcing bars respectively applied to the construction of the comprehensive underground pipeline gallery are finally compared by mechanical application of the current market prices of them under the consideration of the relevant construction factors. The result shows that if compared with HRB400 reinforcing bar,the application of the 600MPa high strength reinforcing bar can largely reduce the amount of reinforcing bar and decreases the resources consumptions of water,iron ore,etc. as well as the utilization of coal energy,thus reduce the emissions of carbon dioxide,sewage and dust,and then lower the comprehensive construction cost of the comprehensive underground pipeline gallery by about 17.66%. Generally speaking,replacing HRB400 reinforcing bar with 600MPa high strength reinforcing bar has the advantages of saving amount of reinforcing steel bar,lowering construction cost,decreasing the consumptions of resources and energy and reducing emission of pollutants.
