精纺防缩羊毛段彩纱的生产实践

摘　　要：为探讨精纺羊毛段彩纱的加工工艺要点,从原料及其颜色的选择开始,确定段彩纱的主色和段彩色,对复精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱、蒸纱、络筒等关键工序中的要点与难点进行分析,以加强纱线品质控制要求。针对段彩色纱浮游纤维控制,设计合理的工艺参数,最大程度减弱了段彩纱的拖尾问题,使锭与锭之间、机台与机台之间、批与批之间的颜色差异得到了有效控制。生产的段彩纱经过检验,能够满足客户需求,拓宽了精纺羊毛的市场应用领域。In order to increase quality control of the production,procedure of worsted superwash wool stripe yarn was studied.Base on the selection of material and color,the key points and difficulties in the processes of recombing,drawing,roving,spinning,steaming and winding were analyzed,especially the reasonable technique to control the float fibers in all production process was designed to maximum reduce the trailing problem in the stripe yarn.As a result,the difference between the spindle,machine and lot have been effectively controlled.So the stripe yarn produced meet the demands of the customer,broadening the application field of the worsted in the market.
