摘  要:为探究纺织厂织布车间内压缩空气使用情况,以便对压缩空气泄漏作出准确评价,对某纺织厂织布车间喷气织机进行检测。研究发现:压缩空气泄漏情况严重,且主要集中在调压箱阀门、油过滤器、进气阀和织机内部接口及接管处,泄漏总量为161.5 m^3/min。通过比功率计算得出:该厂每年因泄漏造成的能耗损失为645.7万kW·h时,经济损失高达452万元。针对不同的泄漏原因采取不同的堵漏方法,经估算,修复泄漏之后每年可节约193.08万kW·h时,节约电费135.2万元。In order to evaluate the compressed air leakage in weaving workshop of textile mill accurately,the air-jet loom in a weaving workshop of a textile mill was tested.It was found that the leakage of compressed air was serious and mainly concentrated on the pressure regulating box valves,oil filters,intake valves,nozzles and the internal interfaces and nozzles of looms.The total leakage was 161.5 m^3/min.Through the calculation of specific power,it is concluded that the loss of energy consumption caused by leakage is 6.457 million kilowatt-hour electricity per year,and the economic loss is as high as 4.52 million yuan.Different plugging methods were adopted for different leakage.It is estimated that 38.04 million kilowatt-hour electricity and 22.63 million yuan can be saved annually after plugging.
