摘  要:以磺化聚醚醚酮(SPEEK)和磺化氧化石墨烯(SGO)为基材,提出同轴静电纺丝法制备SGO/SPEEK核壳纤维,再经堵孔进一步制备了同轴纺膜.聚合物纤维化和SGO无机掺杂有效地提高了膜的耐溶胀性.同轴纺丝进一步将SGO限域在SPEEK纤维内核中,提高了有机无机相容性.另外,SGO/SPEEK同轴纤维中形成的长程连通质子传导通道,也可提高膜的质子传导能力.研究结果表明,在80℃时,同轴纺膜的溶胀度仅为共混浇铸膜的23%,说明纳米纤维核壳结构可以有效地抑制膜溶胀;同轴纺膜的质子传导率可达166 mS/cm,拉伸强度达62.7 MPa,单电池开路电压达到1.004 V,均优于单轴纺膜和共混浇铸膜.Non-fluorine proton exchange membranes(PEMs)have good heat resistance and alcohol resistance,while the coordination of proton conductivity and membrane swelling is the key point to their performance improvement.Sulfonated polyetheretherketone(SPEEK)and sulfonated graphene oxide(SGO)were used as substrates to fabricate SGO/SPEEK core-shell fibers by coaxial electrospinning,and then coaxial spinning membrane was further prepared by plugging holes.Polymeric fiberization and inorganic doping SGO effectively increase the resistance to swelling of membrane.Coaxial spinning further limits SGO to the core of the SPEEK fiber,which improves organic-inorganic compatibility.In addition,SGO/SPEEK coaxial fibers with the long-range connected proton conducting channels can increase the proton conductivity of the membrane,which means SGO/SPEEK coaxial fibers membrane would have better performance as proton exchange membranes used in PEMFCs.The results show that the swelling degree of the coaxial spinning membrane is only 23%of the blend casting membrane at 80℃,which indicates that the nanofiber core-shell structure can effectively inhibit membrane swelling,increase the resistance to swelling of membrane.The proton conductivity,tensile strength and open circuit voltage of coaxial spinning membrane are 166 mS/cm,62.7 MPa and 1.004 V respectively,which are superior to single-axis spinning and blend casting membranes.
