摘  要:在电渗析浓缩盐水实验的基础上,利用电渗析数学模型,分析浓缩实验中的离子迁移和水迁移过程.评价了A、B两种新型均相离子交换膜的性能差异,测定其电渗水迁移系数基本相等,为12.20 mol水/mol盐左右;浓渗水迁移系数相差较大,B型膜为21.56 g/(m^2·h·MPa),A型膜则为30.15 g/(m^2·h·MPa),是B型膜的1.4倍.利用模型对浓缩过程进行水渗分析,结果表明,实验前期,浓缩过程中的水以电渗水迁移为主,实验后期则以浓渗水迁移为主;水迁移系数越大,最终的浓缩液浓度越低,选择水迁移系数小的离子交换膜可有效提高盐水的浓缩效率.在工业应用方面,浓渗系数较小的B型膜主要用于浓缩过程,A型膜则可应用于脱盐过程.On the basis of electrodialysis experiment for saline water concentration,the ion migration and water migration process in the concentration experiment were analyzed by mathematical model of electrodialysis.The performance differences of two new homogenous ion exchange membranes,A type and B type,were evaluated.The migration coefficient of the ion exchange membranes was basically equal to 12.2 mol·H2O/mol·salt.The migration coefficient of the permeable water was quite different.The B type membrane was 21.56 g/(m^2·h·MPa),while the A type membrane was 30.15 g/(m^2·h·MPa),which was 1.4 times of the B type membrane.The water infiltration analysis of the concentration process was carried out via the model.The results showed that the water in the concentration stage was mainly transported by electro-osmotic water at the beginning of the experiment,and by osmotic water in the later stage.The larger the water transfer coefficient and the lower the concentration of the final concentration.The ion exchange membrane with small water transfer coefficient can effectively increase the concentration efficiency of saline.In industrial application,the B type membrane with low permeability coefficient is the main application of concentration process,while the A type membrane can be used in desalination process.
