摘  要:水热合成出超亲水的V2O5纳米线,然后将其与PVDF铸膜液直接共混,制备出不同V2O5纳米线添加量的PVDF改性杂化超滤膜,系统地研究了V2O5纳米线对超滤膜结构和分离性能的影响.结果表明,随着V2O5纳米线添加量的增加,改性膜的孔隙率和孔尺寸逐渐增大,膜的亲水性也逐渐增强.当V2O5纳米线添加量为2.0%时,V2O5纳米线修饰PVDF膜的纯水通量达到621.98L/(m^2·h),对BSA的截留率为92.5%.此外,抗污染实验表明,V2O5纳米线改性的PVDF超滤膜比未改性的PVDF超滤膜具有更强的抗污染性能.The super hydrophilic V2O5 nanowires synthesized by hydrothermal method were directly blend into the PVDF casting solution through immersion-precipitation phase transformation to prepare the V2O5 modified PVDF ultrafiltration membrane with different nanowires content.The effect of V2O5 nanowires concentrate on the morphology structure and separation performance of PVDF ultrafiltration membrane were investigated systemically.The results show that the introduction of V2O5 nanowires can efficiently improved the performance of PVDF ultrafiltration membrane.With the addition of V2O5 nanowires,the porosity,pore size and the hydrophilicity of the modified membranes increased gradually.The water flux of V2O5 nanowires modified PVDF membrane reaches 621.98 L/(m^2·h)and the BSA rejection also maintains 92.5%at 2.0%V2O5 nanowires content.In addition,the V2O5 nanowires modified PVDF membranes exhibits better antifouling performance compared with pristine PVDF membrane.
