摘 要:以竹浆和黏胶为原料,通过湿法成网工艺制成纤网,再经水刺加固制备得到湿法水刺医用敷料。以湿法水刺医用敷料的基本物理性能以及湿法成网和水刺工艺的特性为出发点,对比确定最佳原料配比,并研究此条件下所制备的湿法水刺医用敷料的均匀性、透气性和柔软性。再对其进行抗菌与保湿整理,研究壳聚糖和透明质酸质量分数对湿法水刺医用敷料的抗菌与保湿性能的影响。结果表明,当竹浆与黏胶的配比为6∶4,水刺道数为3道,壳聚糖质量分数为0.3%,透明质酸质量分数为1%时,制得的湿法水刺医用敷料不仅保持传统敷料的物理性能,还具备抗菌与保湿功能。The bamboo pulp and viscose were used as raw materials to form fiber web through the wet-laid process,and then the fiber web was used to form the wet spunlaced medical dressing by spiny reinforcement process.The physical properties of the dressing and the characteristics of the wet-laid and spunlaced processes were taken as the start point.The optimal raw material ratio was determined through data comparison,and the uniformity permeability and softness of the dressing formed under this condition were studied.The antibacterial and moisturizing treatments to the dressing were carried out to study the effects of the mass fraction of chitosan and hyaluronic acid mass fraction on the antibacterial and moisturizing properties of the dressing.The results show that when the ratio of bamboo pulp to viscose is 6∶4,the number of water spurs is 3,the mass fraction of chitosan is 0.3%,and the mass fraction of hyaluronic acid is 1%,the dressing maintains the physical properties of traditional dressings and has a moisturizing and antibacterial effect.
