摘  要:以混纺织物的回潮率、力学性能、折皱回复性能、抗静电性能、保暖性能和电磁辐射屏蔽效能为出发点,研究不锈钢纤维含量对不锈钢纤维/黏胶纤维混纺织物服用性能的影响。结果表明:混纺织物的回潮率和保暖性能随不锈钢纤维含量的增加不断下降;抗静电性能随不锈钢纤维含量的增加不断提高;力学性能、折皱回复性能和电磁辐射屏蔽效能开始随不锈钢纤维含量的增加不断提高,当不锈钢纤维含量超过12%时,这3项指标趋于稳定。综合分析可知,开发不锈钢纤维/黏胶纤维混纺织物时可将不锈钢纤维含量控制在12%左右。Moisture regain,mechanical properties,wrinkle recovery properties,anti-static properties,thermal insulation properties and electromagnetic radiation shielding efficiency were taken as the starting point.The blended fabrics made by stainless steel fiber and viscose fiber were tested to characterize the effects of stainless steel fiber content on wearing performance of the blended fabrics.The results show that the moisture regain and thermal insulation properties decrease with the increase of stainless steel fiber content,while the trend is contrary to anti-static properties.The mechanical properties,wrinkle recovery properties and electromagnetic radiation shielding efficiency initially increase with the increase of stainless steel fiber content.When the stainless steel fiber content is over 12%,the three indexes above tend to be stable.Comprehensive analysis shows that the content of stainless steel fiber in steel fibers/viscose fibers blended fabrics should be controlled at 12%.
